The Owners Villa is set in a secluded location in the grounds of Delamore Lodge away from the main building and offers complete privacy for those that desire luxurious and discrete seclusion. Step through the olive grove and enjoy majestic views of the Hauraki Gulf from the property. Private decks at the front and the rear, allow guests to relax in amongst the mature Mediterranean influenced gardens surrounded by birdsong. The décor within is contemporary and stylish with relaxed and luxurious natural tones and furnishings used.

Set on the upper floor of the main Lodge, its position allows for commanding views of the Hauraki Gulf from the lounge and both bedrooms. The master bedroom leads onto a large balcony with a dining table and seating, a fabulous spot to dine and watch the sun go down. The luxurious master ensuite bathroom, has views out to the Gulf and offers a rain shower and bath. Both bedrooms have wardrobes walk-in for the master bedroom, built-in for the second and are furnished with luxurious super-king beds which can be split into singles.
