Our Executive Chef is inspired daily by what is grown in our own gardens and the produce harvested locally. Thoughtfully paired with the abundance of fish from the rich local waters, your dining experience is guaranteed to be memorable.

Dinner is available to be booked for all of our resident guests.

3 course $145 pp | Wine pairing add $85 pp
5 course $195 pp | Wine pairing add $120 pp

Visiting Guests

Trust the Chef

We welcome the opportunity to host non-resident guests for dinner. Bookings are essential and should be made 48 hours in advance. We require a minimum of 2 diners for this bespoke service and highlight any dietary requirements with us. Available 7 days a week with the exception of public holidays. Start the evening with a glass of bubbles and canapes and finish with gourmet coffee and shortbread.
