Delamore Lodge offers corporate clients something different. When exclusivity and a complete “break from the office” type of environment is required for your corporate retreat, look no further than our stunning meeting space, dedicated team and delicious cuisine.
Your event, fully equipped
Our venue features flexible seating options with either round or trestle tables, a flat screen TV for presentations, adjustable blinds for lighting control, WiFi, and full climate control. An outdoor deck area provides the perfect space for informal breakaways.
Exclusive use of the lodge is required for all event bookings.
Tailored dining experiences
All Delamore Lodge meals are specially prepared by our Executive Chef and we can accommodate for most dietary requirements. Our daily delegate rate includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner as required. Cocktails and canapés can also easily be arranged.
Luxury lodging & coordinated transfers
We have on-site accommodation for up to 16 guests (twin share), for larger groups, we have close associations with many of the other accommodation suppliers on Waiheke Island and can easily arrange for the additional guests to be accommodated off-site. In these instances, we take care of all the bookings and transfers of delegates to and from Delamore Lodge, making it incredibly easy and stress-free for the organiser.
Meetings, effortlessly organised
At Delamore Lodge, we understand that hosting a meeting or conference on Waiheke Island is a unique experience, so we take care of every detail to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible.
We can advise delegates on the best ferry options and parking in Auckland, arrange transfers to and from the lodge, or accommodate arrivals via our on-site helicopter pad.
If desired, we can also recommend team-building activities tailored to your group.
