Terms of Business | Cancellations

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

  a. Flexible Daily Rates: Flexible Daily Rate bookings are charged on departure from the Lodge (except for bookings made through the Lodge website which are charged at the time of booking) and are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy. If the booking is cancelled inside 14 days of the arrival date, they will incur a cancellation fee for the full accommodation charges. No Show bookings will forfeit the full accommodation charges. Please note that some discounted rates and special deals will have different cancellation policies and these will be noted with the rate.

  b. Prepaid Flexi-date Rates: Prepaid Rate bookings are charged at the time of booking, discount only available on select dates and must be booked at least 14 days prior to arrival. Rate is prepaid and non-refundable; you may re-book for an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking date but must pay any difference in rate and the booking can only be moved once. If room rate is lower, no refund applies.

  c. Package/Lodge Special Rates: All Lodge specials and package rates will have individual cancellation policies that will be conveyed to the guest for Lodge direct bookings or for online bookings they will be visibly displayed on both the reservation and payment screens and will require the customer to accept the terms and conditions at the time of confirming the booking.

• Payment

  a. Online Payment: All online bookings made on the Lodge website are charged at the time of booking using a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diners Club) and the card number, expiration date and card security code must be entered to complete this transaction.

  b. Credit Card Payments: All Visa & Mastercard payments are subject to a 2.5% credit card surcharge and all AMEX payments are subject to a 4% credit card surcharge and this charge will show up on your receipt/invoice as a credit card surcharge. Payments by cash, EFTPOS or direct credit do not incur a surcharge.

Seasonal Conditions | Christmas & New Year period

A two night minimum stay applies between 23rd December and 10th January.

No arrival or departure is permitted on Christmas Day 25th December or New Years Day 1st January.

Check-in :  2pm | Check-out : 10am.

Please let us know if you require an early check in or a late check out. If you arrive prior to check-in time you can relax and enjoy the views, perhaps enjoy a pampering massage, or go and explore the beauty of Waiheke Island prior to your check in. Delamore Lodge is a non-smoking environment indoors, outdoor smoking is permitted.

Booking of External Activities

We are happy to arrange external activities and tours for our guests. Any bookings that we make on behalf of our guests are all subject to the individual tour operator’s terms and conditions and cancellation policies. Please ensure that you view and are aware of these terms and conditions as cancellations may result in charges and or loss of booking fees
