The Venue:

The purpose built Wharenui Pavilion, is the ideal venue for meetings and presentations for groups from 6 to 50.

The Cuisine:

All Delamore meals are specially prepared by our executive chef and we can accommodate for most dietary requirements.

Our daily delegate rate includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner as required. Cocktails and canapés can also easily be arranged.

The Lodge:

We have on-site accommodation for up to 16 guests (twin share), for larger groups, we have close associations with many of the other accommodation suppliers on Waiheke Island and can easily arrange for the additional guests to be accommodated off-site. In these instances, we take care of all the bookings and transfers of delegates to and from Delamore Lodge, making it incredibly easy and stress-free for the organiser.

 

The Details:

At Delamore Lodge, we understand that hosting a meeting or conference on Waiheke Island is not an everyday occurrence, therefore we ensure that all the little details are taken care of, so that it is as stress-free and simple as possible for all those involved.

  • Getting to Waiheke Island – we would advise delegates which ferry to catch and the best place to park in Auckland before boarding the ferry.

  • Transfers – we can arrange the transfers of delegates from the ferry to Delamore Lodge (and back to the ferry again once the conference is over), please ask us for a quote. Alternatively, we have a helicopter landing pad, so delegates can fly in from the airport or downtown Auckland.

  • Team-building - If you would like to combine your meeting or conference with a team-building activity, we can recommend several different options available on Waiheke Island.

As each company has different requirements, please contact us with your contact details, the dates you are most interested in holding your event, the number of delegates and whether you are in need of additional accommodation for the delegates.
