Cancellation/Amendment

  • At times you will need to cancel or postpone a treatment(s). Any cancellation of a treatment must be advised with 48 hours notice prior to treatment to avoid cancellation fees.

  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged if the treatment has not been cancelled at least 48 hours prior.

  • A cancellation fee of 100% of the total treatment cost will be charged if, on cancellation, no notice has been provided or if a ‘no show’ occurs.

    Amendments: Notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to treatment for any changes to your treatment, a request of change of time, and for change to guest numbers. An increase to numbers will only be accepted if availability allows.                                                               

Payment

  • For all bookings full payment is required. Please note that a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to Visa and MasterCard and 4% to AMEX credit card. There is no surcharge on debit cards.

  • Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer using your booking invoice number as the payment reference.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Prices and treatments could change without notice.

Preparing for your Spa

  • Ensure you experience total relaxation by arriving at least 10 minutes in advance of your appointment so you can unwind and relax prior to your treatment.

  • Please advise your therapist if you have any health concerns or physical conditions that could affect your treatment. A medical consultation will be carried out with the therapist prior to treatment.

  • Please take care of all your valuables, as Delamore Spa cannot take responsibility for any loss.

  • Please dedicate this time to yourself by leaving all mobile devices off.

  • Our goal is to encourage relaxation and inspiration to your day.

Spa etiquette.

  • Please arrive at the time of your appointment. Late arrival will limit the time of the treatment and in some cases the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Treatments will end on time so that other guests are not inconvenienced.

  • In order to retain a peaceful atmosphere and for consideration to others, we request that mobile phones be turned off or put on silent and conversations are kept low when within the treatment area.

  • During the treatment you will be draped with towels to ensure your privacy.

  • Men will be asked to retain undergarments or swimwear for discretion.

  • Know that you are in a professional environment and do not expect anything other than therapeutic salon services.

  • Communicate your preferences prior or during treatments so that therapists may adjust to your requirements.

Health & Safety

  • Under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015, we are required to engage and communicate our Health & Safety plans and we require you to comply with our policies and procedures whilst on site at Delamore Lodge.

Children

  • We are unable to accept appointments for anyone under the age of 18 years.
