DELAMORE LODGE ~ LUXURY WAIHEKE ISLAND WEDDINGS ~ AN ESTIMATE OF COSTS
Before you call us at Delamore, you may like to calculate for yourself an approximate cost of a Delamore wedding of your choice. However please note that, although this is an important step to help you decide whether a Delamore wedding is right for you:
- Your calculation will only provide you with an estimate of the likely costs and does not include any additional extras such extra staff, hire charges for dinnerware etc, or beverages.
- If you require the use of a vineyard, this will involve a separate charge to be made from the vineyard. Vineyard charges are not included in any of the costing information below.
However, Delamore is happy to arrange the booking of the vineyard for you and the transportation of your guests.
In your estimate at this stage, you will need to include the following:
1. venue hire
For all weddings, there is a separate charge for the use of Delamore's facilities and for hosting the wedding. This includes Delamore's chef Aaron Smith and Delamore's owner Roselyn Barnett-Storey who personally manages everything you require from Delamore before and on your wedding day.
- The venue-hire charge for weddings requiring accommodation on the night prior to the wedding, and on the night of the wedding, is NZ$3500+GST.
(Please note that all weddings - unless they are afternoon weddings with less than 30 people - must include our full two-night accommodation package.)
- The venue-hire charge for weddings with less than 30 guests (i.e. without the full two-night accommodation package) is NZ$3500
2. accommodation
For an indication of our accommodation prices, visit our
Reservations page (please note that the rates quoted there may vary from actual
charges depending on the date of your wedding. We can advise you of this at the
time of quoting).
Accommodation rates include pre-dinner drinks and a delicious gourmet breakfast.
3. menu

4. additional extras:
Staff: depending on your wedding size and requirements, an additional charge will be made for staff.
Hire charges: depending on your wedding size and requirements, an additional charge may need to be made for hiring items such as dinnerware, etc.
Beverages: these are charged to you based on consumption.
