Lithos - $235 (1.5 Hours)

Lithos Therapy uses heated and chilled rocks as therapeutic instruments, leaving you feeling more deeply relaxed than you've ever felt before. The application of heated and chilled rocks stimulate circulation, the gentle weight of each rock combined with massage pushes toxins out of the muscles, it is preventative and also beneficial when used in conjunction with other treatments.

KaHuna - $165 (1 Hour) or $205 (1.5 Hours)

This is a must to try! A long stroked Hawaiian massage, a specialty recommended for those tired aching muscles.

Reiki - $165 (1 Hour)

Reiki is a simple yet profound healing technique that has been around since eternity. It utilizes Universal Life Force Energy, which calms the mind and raises a person's life force, which is essential with today's fast paced lifestyles.

Reflexology - $165 (1 Hour)

Have you got tired feet?
Imagine having your feet soaked in delicious oil scented water followed by a luscious foot massage.
The Therapist applies pressure to 'reflex areas' on the feet, which correspond to particular areas over the whole body. Bliss!

Ayurvedic Massage - $165 (1 Hour)

A nourishing treatment designed for the individual, based on timeless Ayurvedic constitutional types.  individualized strokes that will  The therapist applies pressure to Marma Points (also known as Acupressure points and trigger points) to help activate body systems and organs, as well as clear energy blockages in the body and assist in bodily detoxification processes.

Swedish Massage - $165 (1 Hour) or $205 (1.5 Hours)

A classic treatment for everyone!!  Lie down and allow your body to be soothed and relieved from any excess stress and tension.   We use only the best aromatherapy oils so that you get the maximum benefit from this treatment. It assists in lymphatic drainage and helps in tissue maintenance and repair.

Pregnancy Massage $165 (1 Hour) or $205 (1.5 Hours)

This massage helps to bring both mum and baby into a deep state of relaxation and union. Gentle flowing strokes help release tension areas; increase circulation, as well as leaving you feeling nurtured and loved.

Sport Massage $165 (1 Hour) or $205 (1.5 Hours)

Uses the application of massage techniques that are specific to muscle groups to help maintain and develop athletic performance.
