To make a reservation or check availability, please click  BOOK NOW. When you book online, you will get a reservation number and a secure payment page where you can enter your credit card details and deposit to the value of one night's tariff per suite to secure your booking. Delamore Lodge accepts, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Cards.

Amex Cards will incur a 3.5% additional charge.

If you choose to a bank direct payment, please either e-mail or call the lodge for bank details.

If you require an early check in or a later check out, please let the lodge know, we have many areas that you can relax, enjoy the views, perhaps have a pampering massage, or just relax by the pool, while your suite is prepared for you.

Delamore Lodge is a non-smoking environment – outdoor smoking is permitted.

Families are welcome at Delamore lodge in our two bedroom luxury apartment - children under the age of 14 cannot attend pre dinner drinks and canapes in our main lodge area - however, we can arrange baby sitting services, or offer apartment service. Please check with the lodge for further information.
 

Exclusive Use           

Hosted exclusive use of the property is available for special occasions, corporate or private functions, such as a Waiheke Island wedding, honeymoons or intimate friends and family get-togethers.

Cancellations: Important Notice

Terms of Business:

Cancellations made within 21 days of the booking attract a 30% charge of the total booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking attract a 100% charge of the total booking amount. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the credit card number supplied to confirm your reservation. Our cancellation policy requires that any cancellations prior to your arrival if made via credit card will incur a 5% credit card processing fee.
Your reservation is subject to your acceptance of our terms of Business.
Travel insurance is therefore recommended.

A minimum stay of three nights is required 24 - 27 December or 30 Decemeber - 2 January
